The parts are assembled with nuts and bolts, tightening bolts, and ball bungees or rope lacing. The only tools you may need are a wrench to tighten the bolts and maybe a hammer if you use ‘T’ posts to anchor the shelter down. Remember, it is important to get it anchored down well.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Lay out the pieces of pipe and fittings on the ground in their respective locations with the pipes as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Starting with the end peak fitting (P3), place the pipes into the fitting and tighten the bolts. (Note: be sure the pipe is all the way in the fitting)

Step 3: Next move to the corner fittings (P3) and perform the same operation.

Step 4: Move to the next peak fitting (P4) and perform the same operation.

Step 5: Move to the side fitting (’T’ or P4) and place the pipe in the fittings.

Step 6: Continue until all the fittings in the first 8’-10’ section have their pipe.(Note: Assemble a 8-10’ section at a time and stand it up)
